Blue Apes was created by Deni and Fabian – two Salesforce enthusiasts, who no longer wanted to do their work as individual consultants. They founded our entire team of consultants and since then, our team has been growing continuously. We are working with passion to make Blue Apes THE sales digitalizer in and around Cologne.

Thanks to our Salesforce Consulting and Organizational Change Management business units, we support our customers in the introduction and optimization of Salesforce and help them to transform their existing structures into a holistic digital organization.

Why do we do this?
In recent years, we have been able to support numerous digitization projects with Salesforce in a wide variety of ways. Regardless of whether we managed projects with 20 or 2,000 users – the different companies’ structures were usually similar, which is essential for the project’s benefit and the successful digitalization of customer management. In order to exploit the full potential of Salesforce, we see Salesforce as a highly effective tool for the digitalization of customer management. Just like Salesforce itself, companies and their employees must constantly evolve in order to keep pace with ever-changing market requirements.

Our Tried and Tested Project Approach

Our project approach, also known as the ‘adaptive waterfall approach’ combines the advantages of agile and classic software development. After an initial analysis and design phase, the desired functions will be developed and delivered iteratively. This gives users the opportunity to provide feedback and reprioritize certain functions very early on in the process.

  1. Analysis Phase

    We will work together to develop the strategic goals of the project and to analyze how Salesforce can be integrated into your existing system landscape. Afterwards, we will identify how Salesforce can be used to optimize your current processes, create transparency and meet specified KPIs.

  2. Solution Design

    Once the analysis phase is complete, we will develop the technical concept for implementation. Based on this concept, we will create an indication for the project timing and, building on this, a project plan including milestones.

  3. Solution Development

    Once the project plan has been approved, we will start implementing it. Our iterative approach allows us to involve users at an early stage, which facilitates the change process. Furthermore, this will provide us the opportunity to reprioritize the order of development at a later stage and adapt it to changing customer requirements.

  4. Optimization & Testing

    During the optimization and testing phase, we make final adjustments to the implementation. Existing core processes will be enhanced by limiting cases, further improving usability and increasing efficiency through automation.

  5. Commissioning

    After a large part of the work will have been implemented on test environments, we will implement the functions into the production system. Master data is imported and responsibility for the Salesforce instance can be gradually handed over to the users if required. Moreover, we will be available for further cooperation after the Hypercare phase.
